This was me last week! It came like a freight train hurtling towards me and I couldn’t slow it down. The noise in my head was loud because of all the things I had to do. Not only with study but with family commitments. No wonder I have a headache….
Anyhoo, I have attached my Steps 7 and 8 for feedback purposes. I am in the progress of doing Step 9.
Just want to say thanks to everyone involved in ACCT11059, it has been quite a ride!
Good luck to my fellow students and hopefully we will cross paths again on this great journey we have found ourselves on.
My name is Kellie and I am a single mature-aged student studying a Bachelor of Arts on a full-time basis at CQU North Rockhampton.
I am a Mum to three adult children and a Granny to six grandchildren. I live with my elderly Mum to help her out and I also help my big kids out with the little kids.
Going to university has been a goal of mine for a number of years, however something or someone always seemed to get in the way. In 2018 I made a decision to study STEPS which I did even though I suffered with bad health for part of the year. I completed my STEPS program in February 2019 which allowed me to enter university.
I am excited, overwhelmed and just a tad nervous but I am going to work hard to achieve more of my goals one step at a time.
